Returns

At Design Office Chairs, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Before placing an order, please review the following return terms and conditions. We have outlined the most important (legal) requirements below.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The shipping carrier’s delivery information will be leading in determining the delivery date.
The return request must be submitted via the return form below within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer:
- Office chairs: €49.95 per chair
- Dining chairs: €27.95 per shipped box (1–2 chairs, depending on model)

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note: once an office chair has been assembled and used, it may become increasingly difficult to disassemble due to the tapered locking mechanism of the gas lift. After sitting on the chair, it tightens further, making disassembly difficult or even impossible. If this is the case, the chair may no longer fit in its original box and the courier may refuse the return shipment. In such cases, we will be unable to accept the return.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and bears the risk of damage during transport. The buyer must ensure the returned package is properly prepared, securely packed, and handed over correctly to the courier.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a return form must be completed and the return conditions and costs will apply.

To cancel your order, we recommend sending an email as soon as possible to info@designofficechairs.com with your cancellation request.
