Returns

At www.designofficechairs.com, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Before placing an order, it is important to be aware of the following terms and conditions. We have outlined some (legal) requirements for returning items.

  1. The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, with the shipping carrier’s information being the leading reference.
  2. The return request must be submitted via the form below within 14 days of receipt.
  3. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. These amount to €29.95 per office chair. This amount will be deducted from the credit payment.
  4. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note: Once an office chair is assembled and used, it may become increasingly difficult to disassemble due to the tapered locking mechanism of the gas lift. After sitting on the chair, it will tighten further, making disassembly difficult or even impossible. If this is the case, the chair will no longer fit in its original box and the courier service may refuse the return. In such cases, we will not be able to accept the return.
  5. The buyer is responsible for the return shipment and bears the risk of damage. The buyer must ensure the returned package is properly prepared and securely handed over to the courier.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, a return form must be completed and the return conditions and costs will apply.

To cancel your order, we recommend sending an email as soon as possible to info@designofficechairs.com with your cancellation request.
